It wasn’t Too Darn Hot and there were Raindrops Falling On Our Heads, but a great gig on Ilkley Bandstand this aft! Our practice percussionists joined us, playing out for the first time and to great effect – especially in the latin numbers.
The regular dancers, the music and the kids jumping around kept our spirits up and our generous audience members helped us raise funds for Candlelighters, a brilliant charity that supports children with cancer, and their families.
